(hardware, processor, operating system and browser); Subscriber's Internet
connection and communications hardware (modem and/or network card, direct
network connection or gateway, ISP); Subscriber's physical location; and data
traffic conditions on the Internet. Without limiting the foregoing, the
Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that FCS shall not have any liability to the
Subscriber arising out of technical difficulties experienced in accessing the
Service via the Internet that are not within the control of FCS.
FCS or none of its employees will be liable to you or any third party for any
special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages that result
from your access or use of, or inability to access or use, the material or
information on the Site, even if advised of the possibility thereof.

with the laws of Belgium.

Definitions
Subscriber: A subscriber is an end-user of the FCS services.
A user becomes a subscriber after fulfilling the conditions of subscription
described below. Subscribers have a contractual relationship with FCS.
FCS: Financial Consultative Services BVBA, Sterrenlaan 46, 2610 Wilrijk, Belgium provides
trusted economic services to private and legal persons.
FCS proves to be trustworthy by implementing secure physical, procedural,
personnel and technical procedures based on industry standards and European legislation.
Technical Comment Service: The Technical Comment Service is a FCS service.
Using the Technical Comment Service you can access economic information in digital form by means
of copy protected digital pages.
Subscription
The Technical Comment terms and conditions between FCS and the subscriber come into operation after the user has registered for the Technical Comment Service and paid the relevant fees.
FCS reserves the right to refuse subscriptions or to request more information before approving the subscription.
The subscriber shall have the right to use the Technical Comment Service only after payment of the relevant fees.
The subscription is valid as long as FCS or the subscriber has not terminated the subscription or the subscription has come to its end.
You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of the Technical Comment Service but not to download or modify it or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of FCS.
This license does not include any commercial use of this site or its contents. The Technical Comment site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or otherwise exploited
for any commercial purpose without express written consent of FCS. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by FCS.
This agreement is concluded per month or per year depending on the duration of the chosen subscription.
If the subscriber terminates his/her account, this will take effect at the end of the monthly or yearly term (depending on the duration he/she chose) in which he/she cancelled.
If the prices or the terms and conditions of the Technical Comment Service have changed, the subscriber will be informed before the end of the contract period.
The subscription can always be terminated by FCS with immediate effect if the subscriber fails to meet one or more of his/her payments or other obligations towards FCS, or if he/she is in a state of bankruptcy, receivership or suspension of payments or if he/she has requested composition.
It is the intention of FCS to continue providing the Technical Comment Service or its equivalent. However, FCS may under certain circumstances decide to terminate the Technical Comment Service. Before terminating the Technical Comment Service, FCS shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of its intention to terminate the service.
The immediate termination by FCS of the subscription as described above, will never, for whatever reason, give rise to any compensation to the subscriber.
The subscriber agrees to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under his or her user name and password.
The subscriber agrees to have been clearly informed about the Technical Comment Service and about the service limitations of the FCS Service.
The subscriber has access to his/her account information via the website.
Privacy
When you access and or use this Site, FCS or our service providers may
obtain data concerning that access and use. If you register to use and log in
and use any areas or services provided on or through the Site you will be asked
to provide data about yourself. This data may include, but not be limited to
your name address and other demographic and professional data. We and our
service providers may also obtain other data including but not limited to the
frequency of your use of this Site and the route by which you choose to access
it and your use of any hyperlinks available on this Site. We and our service
providers, agents or advisors may process and use this data for purposes
including but not limited to; planning Site development, assessing patterns of
use, planning and assessing marketing initiatives, to include you in e-mail or
mailing lists so that FCS may send you information or updates and or offer
